How do I determine the right snowboard size for my riding style?

What is the standard shipping timeframe for new boards and bindings?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is the warranty policy on Nitro snowboards?
We offer a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. Please note that damage from impacts, rails, or rocks is not covered under warranty.
Can I return a snowboard if I have already mounted the bindings?
To be eligible for a return, items must be in brand-new, unused condition with original packaging. Once bindings are mounted, the board is considered used and is no longer eligible for a standard return.
Do you offer international shipping to countries outside of Europe and North America?
Yes, we ship globally. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific country. Please be aware that local taxes may be applied by your local customs office upon arrival.
