Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place the unused snowboard, bindings, or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
